This programme is geared to the mid career adults who wish to expand their knowledge and enhance their prospects for advancement, by earning meaningful academic credentials within a real-world context. The basic philosophy of the programme is that the student is a mature, conscientious and responsible individual who is sincere in their desire for education. Usually this person would have had knowledge based on experience and/or previous study, hence NIU recognise these credentials by granting appropriate credit towards the degree. The objective of the programme is to provide the student with a solid and well-rounded business education.

The following structure is based on the assumption that the applicant will have at least 90 transferable credits from previous study and working experience. Students who bring more than 90 units into the programme will be granted further credits and thus reduce the duration and cost of their study even further. Similarly, additional courses will be assigned to students who do not have sufficient transfer of credits.
Assessment Assessment of this programme is carried out by assignments for each course, plus a Project.
