The objective of the Master’s programme is to enable the student to continue his/her studies and achieve additional competence and specialisation in an area of business. The student will complete a core curriculum and augment this with an appropriate number of electives. The philosophy underlying this programme and its administration is that the student is conscientious about continuing his studies and has also acquired additional business experience. To meet the requirements of those students with specialised areas of interest, the University is offering concentrations in the areas of Marketing, Human Resource Management, Financial Management and e-Management.
All students have to take the following 6 Core Courses and then select the area of their specialisation. Those who do not wish to specialise in any particular area can take any three courses from the specialisations, plus the Project.
Assessment of the full-time programme is by formal examinations coursework and a Project. The distance learning programme is assessed by assignments and a Project.
